THE NEW ENGLISH KITCHEN - CHANGING THE WAY YOU SHOP,COOK AND EAT A SERIES OF ONE DAY SEMINARS FOLLOWED BY DINNER HOSTED BY ROSE PRINCE AT 177 BATTERSEA BRIDGE ROAD LONDON SW11 3AS
COURSES ARE HELD BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH NEXT COURSE - TUESDAY 7thOCTOBER
Rose has begun a series of one day gastronomic courses at her house in London. They are for people who care about the provenance of what they eat. These are courses that teach the appreciation of good food. They are NOT for people who want to cook like Marco or Gordon, or want to be taught by a celebrity chef.
These courses aren't based on restaurant cooking, but on real cooking using real ingredients. The simple philosophy that Rose uses everyday. Think about how your food has been produced, what's been put into it and how the animals have been reared and treated. Buy the best possible ingredients and then make them go further - so one delicious meal stretches into another. Although the basic philosophy of each course will remain the same - how to shop cook and eat - no two courses will be the same. Different sets of ingredients and different dinners. What to buy and when; planning menus around seasonal produce and we never lose sight of cooking and eating as fundamentally a social activity - a pleasure rather than a burden.
The course costs 300.
The cost of the course includes everything. There are no extras, no huge booze bill and we won't try and sell you anything else (unless of course you want some extra books).
