Demand for Local Produce

I was interviewed recently by a journalism student and food blogger who was creating a short video news feature on whether or not there is an increased demand for local and organic produce despite the current economic climate. It’s an interesting topic that is worth considering as it reflects how our attitudes to food have changed over the years as well as our response to having less disposable income.
